The HCMC RUN 2015 is one of the biggest races with around 5000 participants. It’s a running challenge with support from the Athletics Federation of Ho Chi Minh City. The event will be held on January 18th, 2015, to encourage people who love running to get over their limitation and freely experience the thrill and challenge of racing. It is divided into 3 main categories which are 5KM, 10KM and 25KM. In a pursuit of professionalism, HCMC Run 2015 will be supported by Ho Chi Minh City Athletics Federation which is represented by Mr. Nguyen Trung Hinh, Race Director of HCMC Run 2015 and Vice President and Secretary General of Ho Chi Minh City Athletics Federation DATE: 18/01/2015 – LOCATION: PHU MY HUNG, DIST 7 Together with HCMC RUN, Maple Healthcare proudly participated by bringing physiotherapy, massage and Chiropractic for all racers at the HCMC RUN 2015. We provided cool down massage and injury first aid with our sports medicine specialist. Sports therapy and Chiropractic are essential parts of health and wellnes especially when pushing your body beyond its limits to achieve fitness. When training for a race getting preventative chiropractic adjustments will ensure that you never have to worry about back pain or foot pain during your run.
